By accessing or viewing DCN TV content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Digital Culinary Network provides culinary entertainment programming through the GOT ONE Tv+ streaming platform, accessible on the following devices and platforms:

• Apple TV
• Roku
• Amazon Fire TV
• Android TV
• iOS devices (via App Store)
• Android devices (via Google Play)

DCN TV reaches 800M+ households globally, delivering original culinary programming that celebrates flavor, folklore, and flair.

3. Content and Programming

3.1 Original Programming

DCN TV features original programming including but not limited to Cooking with Junebugs™, Red Velvet Crumbles™, Get In My Kitchen TV™, Soups, Sandwiches, and Stories™, Garden To Grilling™, Breads & Braised™, Appetite Archives™, Food Policy™, and BTSc (Behind the Scenes) Cuisine™.

3.2 Content Availability

Programming availability may vary by region, platform, and device. DCN TV reserves the right to add, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice. We make no guarantee that specific programs will be available in all territories or on all platforms.

4. User Accounts and Access

Access to DCN TV content is provided through the GOT ONE Tv+ platform. Your use of the streaming platform is also subject to GOT ONE Tv+'s own terms and conditions. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Content Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

6. Talent Submissions

DCN TV accepts show applications and talent submissions through our website. By submitting materials:

• You confirm that all submitted content is your original work or that you have the right to submit it.
• You grant DCN TV permission to review, evaluate, and store your submission for consideration.
• You understand that submitting material does not guarantee selection, response, or compensation.
• You acknowledge that DCN TV may be developing similar concepts independently and that your submission does not create any confidential relationship.
• DCN TV is not obligated to return submitted materials.

7. Advertising and Sponsorship

DCN TV content may include advertising, sponsorship, or promotional material. Advertising inquiries and partnerships are managed directly by Digital Culinary Network. Any advertising agreement is subject to a separate written contract between the advertiser and DCN TV.

DCN TV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DCN TV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGITAL CULINARY NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF DCN TV CONTENT AND SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

10. Termination

DCN TV reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our content and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, DCN TV, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.
